Apartment La Fragata Estepona

This beautiful apartment overlooks subtropical gardens and the sea and is an excellent base for a vacation on the Costa del Sol. Very centrally located in the community of La Fragata and a short walk from the marina, from Estepona’s most beautiful beach ‘Playa del Cristo’, the promenade and local supermarkets.

We rent for a minimum of 1 week in spring-summer-autumn and a minimum of 2 weeks in the winter period. For stays of 4 weeks or more in winter, you pay less. The cleaning fee is not included in the nightly rate, you just pay it once per stay (if we were to charge it in the nightly rate, longer stays would be unfairly more expensive).

Carefully prepared for a great vacation, whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, the apartment offers a modern living/dining room with a comfortable corner sofa and a very generous dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and a nespresso. From the living room you enter the terrace with new outdoor furniture and beautiful views of the pool, sea and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

La Fragata is a gated and secure community with a large pool. Surrounded by the main tourist spots and close to restaurants, tapas bars, stores, supermarkets, all without needing a car. The beautiful old town of Estepona with its flowery squares, narrow streets, small boutiques and whitewashed houses is within walking distance.

The coastal town of Estepona is easily accessible from both the AP-7 highway and the A-7 coastal highway and offers an unparalleled array of outdoor activities for the whole family, including paddle, tennis, golf, water sports, go-karting and baby carriage excursions. Marbella is about a 25-minute drive away and Tarifa, the popular windsurfing capital of Europe, is about an hour away.
