Terracotta urbanization with beautiful garden and near the marina Puerto Deportivo (5 min. walking distance) and the charming Estepona Old Town a 15-minute walk via the promenade. La Fragata has a lovely garden with pool, space to find a shady corner, and its own community library. It is wonderfully quiet, while being within walking distance of everything.

Here we stay ourselves for a few weeks in spring and fall. We can work online thanks to fiber optic internet, and don’t get bored for a moment.
When we are not here you can rent our spacious apartment with up to 6 people and enjoy it as much as we do!
Everything is there and as soon as it is warm enough : a lovely refreshing generous pool in the beautiful garden (April-November).
In winter in Estepona it is like spring in Holland and everything is open. It’s really Spanish there.

Both upstairs bedrooms have high sloping ceilings making them very cozy rooms.
Both have beautiful sea views from their private balconies.
