Terracotta urbanization with beautiful garden and near the marina Puerto Deportivo (5 min. walking distance) and the charming Estepona Old Town a 15-minute walk via the promenade. La Fragata has a lovely garden with pool, space to find a shady corner, and its own community library. It is wonderfully quiet, while being within walking distance of everything.

Here we stay ourselves for a few weeks in spring and fall. We can work online thanks to fiber optic internet, and are not bored for a moment.
When we are not here you can rent our spacious apartment and enjoy it as much as we do!
Everything is there and as soon as it is warm enough : a lovely refreshing generous pool in the beautiful garden (April-November).
In winter in Estepona it is like spring in Holland and everything is open. It’s really Spanish there.
