Terracotta urbanization with beautiful garden and near the marina Puerto Deportivo (5 min. walking distance) and the charming Estepona Old Town a 15-minute walk via the promenade. La Fragata has a lovely garden with pool, space to find a shady corner, and its own community library. It is wonderfully quiet, while being within walking distance of everything.
\nThe ideal vacation spot, therefore, also for longer periods. A home in Spain.<\/p>\n

Here we stay ourselves for a few weeks in spring and fall. We can work online thanks to fiber optic internet, and are not bored for a moment.
\nWhen we are not here you can rent our spacious apartment and enjoy it as much as we do!<\/p>\n

Everything is there and as soon as it is warm enough : a lovely refreshing generous pool in the beautiful garden (April-November).
\nIn winter in Estepona it is like spring in Holland and everything is open. It’s really Spanish there.<\/p>\n

\nBedroom 1<\/strong>: 2 single beds, ample closet space

Bedroom 2<\/strong>: King-size bed (180×200), built-in closets, sliding doors to small balcony with sea view.<\/p>\n

Bedroom 3<\/strong>: King-size bed (180×200), small desk with 2 chairs, built-in closets, sliding doors to small balcony with sea view and seating.
\nEn suite: Spacious bathroom 2<\/strong> with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet (renewed in late 2025)<\/p>\n

Both upstairs bedrooms have high sloping ceilings making them very cozy rooms.
\nBoth have beautiful sea views from their private balconies.<\/p>\n
